Recovery Hub
Flexible outpatient care for adults 18+ with substance use and mental health challenges. It's structured enough to help you make progress and flexible enough to keep work, family, and home life going.
Levels of outpatient care
ASAM-aligned and matched to each person's stage of recovery.
| Level | Program | What it looks like |
|---|---|---|
| ASAM 2.1 | Intensive Outpatient (IOP) | Structured treatment with about 18 hours of group each week, plus individual counseling and psychiatric support, all without a residential stay. |
| ASAM 1.0 | Outpatient (OP) | Weekly group and individual sessions with flexible scheduling, for people maintaining recovery alongside daily responsibilities. |
| ASAM 0.5 | Early Intervention | Prevention and education for people at risk, before a substance use disorder develops. |
Integrated, not add-on
